This software is used by agents in Paisabazaar. I Worked closely with the call agents to understand their needs and difficulties faced using the existing software. The main problem was the clarity about the navigation. Therefore, the new design proposed tried to tackle the same.
The Software is designed to be responsive and can be run on mobile, desktop and tab as well. The project was done to encourage the call agents to keep up their work spirit by giving them more clarity about their incentives and achievements.
